Hotel Villa Carona is born in Carona in 2023 in the heart of Alta Val Brembana, from a dream of a Swedish family: to transform an abandoned building that had once housed the workers of the hydroelectric power station into a 4-star hotel from which to enjoy breath-taking landscapes every season of the year, becoming a tourism project giving new energy to the entire area.

Together with its 19 finely furnished rooms inspired by nature with inserts that characterise each room exalt local craftsmanship and northern European technology, Hotel Villa Carona offers relax in the spacious spa with exposed natural rocks and wellness paths, elegant conferece facilities and fine dining enhancing local traditions influenced by Swedish stories.

Hotel Villa Carona is located in one of the areas in Italy with the best ratio of cultural offerings to environmental impact: people come here to enjoy fresh snow on the slopes thanks to walking distance ski lifts and unspoilt nature, but also to indulge in summer mountain hikes, a visit to alpine lakes and waterfalls, to medieval villages, and to nearby Bergamo.
