Avvocato Giuseppe Schiratti

Attorney Giuseppe Schiratti graduated in law from the University of Trento with a transnational study plan.
He has developed his international and ADR training, among other things, by participating in the Erasmus Program at the University of Uppsala (Sweden) and in courses at the Curia Mercatorum in Treviso (training course for arbitrators and mediators), the Harvard Law School (international arbitration and negotiation techniques), the University of Salamanca (advanced course in commercial law), the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris (workshop on international arbitration practice) and the Italian Chamber of Commerce in the United Arab Emirates (certified advisor 2024/2025).

He has been a member of the Treviso Bar since 1999 and has been admitted to plead at the higher Italian courts since 2012.

He mainly works in the field of the commercial law throughout the Veneto and Friuli-Venezia Giulia regions.

He has gained extensive experience in the negotiation and drafting of national and international commercial contracts and in the out-of-court management of disputes.

In the judicial and arbitration field, he mainly represents companies in disputes with suppliers, customers, competitors, collaborators and employees and with the public administration, as well as in bankruptcy proceedings; he provides assistance in judicial disputes abroad.

A native speaker of Italian, he has an excellent knowledge of English, French and Spanish and a basic knowledge of Swedish, German and Russian.
